CRT-GZ series dry claw vacuum pump adopts multi-stage rotors in series. The multi-stage pump chambers are connected in series in turn, and each pump chamber has a pair of claw type rotors engaged in conjugation to make synchronous reverse movement.

The first stage pump chamber in the multi-stage pump chamber is the suction stage, and its suction volume is larger than that behind it, forming interstage compression.
